En entr\u00e9e nous avons choisi des toasts (  une assiette de12 pi\u00e8ces pour deux ) sans saveur particuli\u00e8re , tout juste bons , point , et factur\u00e9s 23 euros ! Le plat principal , filet et salade de truite ( pour ma femme ) \u00e9tait tout autan quelconque : pr\u00e9sentation minimaliste , go\u00fbt assez moyen .  L &#039;assiette de ma femme \u00e9tait curieusement beaucoup plus copieuse que la mienne . En accompagnement de mon morceau de truite , trois petites patates et 4 ou 5 &quot; rondelles &quot; de carotte , c &#039; est tout ! A noter , dans la liste des vins , plusieurs bouteilles en provenance de vignobles voisins , celle que nous avons choisie ( un chardonnay ) \u00e9tait des plus correcte . In fine une note tout de m\u00eame \u00e9lev\u00e9e ( plus de 60 euros par personne ) . Bref , ce resto ne nous laissera pas un souvenir imp\u00e9rissable .<br>\n\t\t\t\tPS. Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse du propri\u00e9taire , je me permets de redire que mon assiette ( morceau de truite ) \u00e9tait peu garnie en l\u00e9gumes ( du fenouil  ? peut- \u00eatre aurais - je du me munir  d&#039; une loupe ? )  et que j &#039; ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 dans d &#039; autres piscicultures - p\u00eacheries ( dans les Ardennes ) pour moins cher et meilleur .
